Have you ever thought about what it would be like if there were entire facets of life you never knew existed?
When I was young, my eyesight was so poor I barely had any depth perception. I essentially only saw 2 dimensions. When I was 9 years old and got my first pair of glasses, I remember excitedly pointing out to my family that clouds were actually 3D objects. They looked a little surprised and asked, "You didn't see that?" I believe there is a spiritual dimension to life. I'm not talking about weird alternate sci fi realities, but simply that there is more to life than what we can perceive with our 5 basic senses. The thing is, if we've only ever seen in 2 dimensions, we'll have no reason to suspect there is a third. How do you describe 3 dimensions to someone who's only ever seen 2? How do you describe a spiritual dimension to someone who's only experienced the physical? Today we'll be talking about "spiritual blindness", something Jesus believed we all experience, and we all need Him to open up our eyes.
